TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES WHILE USING PC













A specialist eye doctor told that for eye exercise he said as 20-20-20. It is all about whose spending more time in looking at personal computer screen.

Step I :-


Turn the head around and look at any distant object about 20 feet away, for every 20 mins after looking on the computer screen. This will give relief for your tired eyes for continuously watching the computer screen.

Step II :-


Blink the eyes repeatedly for 20 times for better moisten your eyes.

Step III :-


For every 20 mins of watching computer screen sitting in one place constantly should walk around for 20 paces, as it helps the circulation of the blood for your complete body. Take care of your eyes as they are priceless.
