Benefits of Black Pepper























Black pepper otherwise called as Kali Mirch, it has slightly pungent smell, aromatic odour and bitter taste. The Black pepper is given with salt to spice it up for various food receipient. It has a piperine, an element in which it gives us a sharp spiciness.

In older days, it is used for money trading purposes. The Black pepper is rich in potassium, iron, magnesium and in vitamins K and C.
