Brown Flaxseeds has more health benefits and nice taste. It can be added to our breakfast easier, soups, sprinkle over cereals, baked foods and salads. It is found in oil form, ground form and whole form. Brown flaxseeds with whole form will not easily digest in our body, so better use ground form.
Brown Flaxseeds contains high content of omega-3 fatty acids and small content of omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins, lignins, fibers and minerals. It keeps our heart fine, healthy bone and healthy digestive system and also reduces inflammatory conditions like arthritis. It even fight against Diabetes and Cancer.
