The artichoke is used for cleaning the blood and bladder. It is very high in potassium, phosphorus, fiber, iron, calcium and other elements for balanced system. The artichoke improves liver function and lowers blood sugars, digestion and appetite and it helps in migraine conditions. For high drinking people, fat consumption and high red meat, this artichoke boosts the ability of liver to regeneration of cells.

We are eating the nutritious food for proper functioning of liver. This liver prevents our body from certain poisons.
