Eye Strain




















  • For getting better relief of eye strain, then close the eyes for few minutes, it used to refocus them.
  • Vitamin A gives better results for the eye problems.
  • Eye exercise also gives better relief for eye strain. Lie down and close your eyes then put cold compress over the eyes about ten minutes.
  • For a better health result have a good sleep. People suffering from eye strain have a better sleep for every night for reducing the strain and pain.
  • Better wash the eyes with cold water. It will relieve discomfort and pain.
