Quick Tips for Dry Skin!


1. Rub on some olive, almond or coconut oil and massage lightly on to your hands, legs and the rest of your body before heading for a shower. If time permits, warm the oil in another container with warm water and then apply.

2. Mix Vitamin E oil with a few drops of lime juice and apply all over your body before shower.

3. Use soaps with fat or oil in them. Use them sparingly in winter!!

4. Dab moisturizer on damp skin for best results!
